1. Migration card indicating the purpose of entry as work; 2. Temporary registration; 3. Employment contract; 4. Extended SNILS (Individual Personal Account Insurance Number) 5. INN (Taxpayer Identification Number); 6. 2- NDFL certificate (personal income tax); 7. Bank statement of salary; 8. FSSP check via agents in Russia (verification through the Federal Bailiff Service’s public website). |
For Kyrgyz citizens in labor migration in the Czech Republic: 1. Employment contract; 2. Permit from the Czech Ministry of the Interior; 3. Individual entrepreneurs license issued by the municipality; 4. Company license issued by the Czech Ministry of Justice; 5. Bank statement of salary. |
