Interest Rate

For residential and non-residential real estate: 

18% per annum - with a personal contribution of up to 30%;

17% per annum - with a personal contribution of 30% to 50%;

17% per annum - with a personal contribution of 50% or more (inclusive);

17% per annum - with refinancing mortgages from other banks.

Loan Term

Up to 120 months

Grace Period   

In exceptional cases, up to 6 months on the principal amount. 

Collateral

With a personal contribution of 30% or more of the property’s value: The purchased property/ other real estate;

With a personal contribution of less 30% of the property’s value: The purchased property plus additional collateral to cover the shortfall.
