Aiyl Bank management arranged meeting with Rosagroleasing management

6 October 2016, Moscow. The meeting was attended by JSC Aiyl Bank Board Chair – Ms.Baktygul Jeenbaeva, Head of Leasing Department – Mr.Urmat Akmatov, General Director of Rosagroleasing – Mr.Valery Nazarov.

Aiyl Bank management addressed to Rosagroleasing the request to share experience and tell about main business lines in leasing products of the company, client services conditions and relations with machinery producers. At the beginning Baktygul Jeenbaeva told about lack of leasing companies in Kyrgyzstan.

Only few banks provide different machinery under leasing conditions here. So Aiyl Bank management decided to introduce the new business line – leasing of agricultural machinery. “In Kyrgyzstan there is need for renovation of machine and tractor fleet, agricultural machinery is very overwear and obsolete. However agricultural producers have lack of funds for purchasing the new machinery.

So the demand for leasing services is quite high as well as demand for Russia made machinery. In this connection we made decision to develop leasing product in our country”, Baktygul Jeenbaeva said. “We are dedicated to learn more about Rosagroleasing business as the largest leasing company in Russia. This is very important to us and we plan to use your experience and knowledge as the basic to make our work more efficient, Aiyl Bank Board Chair emphasized. On the meeting the partners also discussed perspective to explore opportunities for interstate leasing and development of agriculture in the country.

Relating to this issue Valery Nazarov emphasized that the main conditions of client services at Rosagroleasing are contra-agent’s financial solvency and repayment of leasing installments
