Disbursement of mortgage loans under 2015-2020 State Program Accessible Housing includes 4 steps

Final lists will be handed to Interstate Commission for further allocation of quotes among regions and then the list of applicants will be forwarded to partner banks. The major requirements to the houses according to state mortgage company are the following: apartment or house with land for living of total area of apartment within 70 sq. m and total area of house is within 150 sq. m.
