Aiyl Bank held open meeting of Board of Directors with participation of Bank Board and Branch Managers

Bank operational results is 2015 were summarized in the opening speech by Kairat Mamatov, Board of Director Chair.

So Aiyl Bank achieved significant results for the last years:

as of 01.01.2016 Bank assets are 16,4 bln.som and increased more than 1,5 times comparing to similar period of last year ;

Loan portfolio is 10,2 bln.som and increased more than 1,3 times comparing to similar period of 2015 .

Erkin Аsrandiev, Bank Board Chair, in his speech also noted that bank's main indicators have improved comparing to beginning of year 2015.

«We'd like to note on the background of financial crisis Aiyl Bank succeeded not only keep stable but also achieved significant results in operations», Mr.Asrandiev noted.

The main emphasis on the meeting was made on lending sector. It was noted necessary to take measure for stimulation of lending demand in population and improve availability of lending (reduction of interest rates, simplifying disbursement procedures, authorizing bank branches with more authorities in disbursements) to facilitate and accelerate exploration of funds.

One of important issues on the meeting was improving bank's client orientation to promote further growth of bank profit through attraction of large corporate clients in accordance with approved business plan.

In addition, on the meeting the activities of some branches were criticized because they do not use internal resources and capabilities in full to extend the existing services and increase client's trust.

The meeting pointed out future plans and projects for 2016. To achieved to approved goals bank branches must pay special attention to make bank product more accessible for people, increase resource base, attract more deposits in national currency, lending support of economic real sector, promoting attraction of foreign investment, meeting bank's safety requirements.

At the closing of meeting upon results of bank 2015 operations prizes were awarded to the best bank branches and employees in nominations The Best Branch, The Best Savings Office, The Best Loan Specialist, The Best Loan Administrator, The Best Cashier, The Best Accountant and others,
