Holiday is coming

On this special wonderful day — Day of Children- this song was especially actual on the holiday of hope. We all regardless of age are expecting miracle to happen and children are waiting it all the time especially children with disabilities. In our town there are many boarding houses for children with disabilities and one of them was visited by Aiyl Bank employees on June 2.

That was municipal center for people with disabilities where about 386 apprentices presently live: age – 18 years old. They have different disabilities. Bishkek music banks performed a concert for them. Children actively participated in various contests and competitions, singing, dancing and answering quiz. On that day Aiyl Bank congratulated children and presented sweet gifts to each of them.

Rehabilitation center employees arrange an excursion around the building for bank staff and told about conditions where children live and get treatments and how much attention is paid to their adoption to life outside center. For this purpose they arrange special classes to teach children use gas stove for cooking, to use dial phone-sets to develop manual dexterity.

They also showed money models used to teach children to recognize money by color and value, imitated shops to teach children buy goods; cooking plates specially developed for people with disabilities (vegetable is picked on special pile to fix it and cut). Municipal rehabilitation center always seeks for support from all interested people.
